Once
a Zigzag project has been conceived in the Zigzag Generator
application, it can be used as a test in the Zigzag Test
application. The results obtained for a given group of readers
will be located in a sub-directory for the Zigzag project called
tests; they can be accessed at any time using the Zigzag
Calculator application. In order to avoid that a tests sub-directory
have results for different versions of a given Zigzag project
(for example, two versions of a text that do not have the same
codes), there is a security measure in place that forbids all
modifications to Zigzag projects for which there are already
results. When you open such a project using the File >
Open Zigzag Project command, you will see the following
window appear:
If
you wish to make changes to your Zigzag project, you must first
do one of the following:
Use
the Tools > Delete Project Results command. (Warning!
This command will permanently delete all project results
for the given Zigzag project.)
If
you wish to keep the results but make modifications to the
Zigzag project, you can use the File > Save As
command to save the project under another file name. This
command will save the project under a new name without saving
the previously obtained results.
After
taking one or the other of these steps, you will be able to
modify the Zigzag project (renamed, if the second option was
used) by using the Zigzag Generator application.
