The
commands File > Archive Project …
and File > Import Project … are complementary.
Use them in this order to transfer a Zigzag project from one
computer to another.
After
having archived the project(s) using the File
> Archive Project ... command onto the appropriate
media (3 1/2" disk, for example), connect the disk to the
destination computer (i.e. insert the disk in the drive).
Use
the command File > Import Project …. Choose the
project to be imported from its location on the appropriate
media ( /2disk) and click Open.
Once
you have finished importing,
a window will appear to inform you of the status. Click OK.
If
the Zigzag project directory on the destination computer already
contains a project with the same name, a warning will appear.
If the two
projects sharing the same name have different content, click
No. Then, save the project that is already in your directory
under another name before reusing the File > Import Project
… command.
This
will complete the transfer process of a Zigzag project from
one computer to another. Please note that you can only transfer
one Zigzag project at a time. Repeat the operation as many times
as necessary.
